We don't recognise it at the moment because its not overtly present. But, we are heading into deep unsteady waters. The "Just managings" aren't managing any more. All we need now is a diesel crisis to cause food rationing and the lights to go out and then the normally law abiding will take to the streets and the police will be overwhelmed.
Civil unrest won't just be a few hundred, but tens of thousands in multiple places. This country will have never seen the like. The result could well be new political leaders coming to the fore who offer to do whatever it takes to put the train back on the track and they won't be particular about how they do it.
