I agree, in the main, with Pete. But...... if Restore is not a good few degrees further to the right than Reform, then what is the point of it? I don't particularly like the term ethno-nationalism, redolent as it is of historical unpleasantness, but as a concerned native with good reason to feel concerned I view ethno-nationalism as our only viable route to civilisational survival. This might not be a vote winner today, for the reasons outlined above by Pete, but a lot can change over three years - particularly so when the current government is increasingly and obviously waging war against us in ethnic terms. Listening to a variety of educated and civilised commentators over the last couple of weeks I am struck by the oft-repeated statements along this particular line: "We are not going to vote our way out of this, prepare accordingly." Quite so. Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges, In Tmes Of War, The Law Falls Silent.

1.The point of Restore is that it's leader is not Farage and from what I hear Lowe has not finished with Farage yet for trying to get him convicted for threatening to shoot Yusuf!

2.For ethno-nationalism to come into being would need an aggressive dictator to get voted into power and I don't disagree that could happen if enough people want it.

3. The better answer for our turnaround is for the 'people' to demand more power turning our politicians into our servants instead of being out masters!

Crash n Burnham is going to be another disaster that will see us picking through the debris of what was once the UK, decades after he retires to the lords.

Another PM, another term ran by incompetents and sixth form socialists, another moment in time when problems, instead of being resolved, are set on fire to spread even further.

We lose more say, we lose more money, and we lose more freedom.

But that is the idea.

So we lose more morale and just stop giving a shit. It is the blueprint for socialism. Which is why it's been so prosperous and wonderful everywhere it has been implemented*

*Imposed by force.

Ah well, as long as the NIMBYs get to keep their neighbourhoods stored in amber as they bought and retired into them years ago, I can't see much changing.

Wales did get Reform into the Senedf and honestly their ground game was terrible, so was garage. Let's see if they can make a difference. Plaid couldn't get their budget through.

They are debating, the nations of sanctuary, next month, should be volitile

You and your father make life much easier when you cover the same topic as this is what I posted on Turbulent Times this morning:-

Two things about Burnham's stint in Manchester that I've picked up recently need some further investigation but I believe there is enough in them to mention them now.

First, his claim that he oversaw an economic miracle due to his unique devolved powers is largely hype for the main boom was confined to the city centre and not the suburbs and the ground work for this started before he became mayor and also other cities in the UK like Glasgow and Birmingham fared at least as well without the same level of devolved powers.

Second, Burnham did have the power to set priorities for the GMP but did not use them to the full with more reviews undertaken than direct investigations into CSE perpetrators. There were some convictions but low compared to the level of the problem and the Hexagon review his critics have complained was set up to track down whistle blowers.

In summary Burnham is no super hero just an affable North country lad with a greatly inflated opinion of his own abilities and like most politicians today is more style and spin over substance or as they say up North he is 'all mouth and no trousers'!

I learned yesterday that he was also part of an operation to chase down whistleblowers on the grooming gangs. I need to look more into it, but if true, he needs the torch and pitchfork treatment

That was the Hexagon Review as I mentioned.

Yep, you did. Apologies.

I shall blame rise and shine bleary eyes for missing that

How many people will wake up when they have hundreds of migrants on Army bases on small towns?
