Starmer and his Motley Crew's disdain for the white working class can be explained when examined through the lense of Critical Race Theory. All whites are Oppressors and therefore are not to be given any sympathy, any "non-whites" are oppressed and therefore their behaviour should be excused. Look at the way the Left have excused/ignored the actions of Hamas on October 7th. That was acceptable because the were oppressed by those putative whites, the Jews.
An example of the lack of Critical Thinking on the left, I give you "Queers for Palestine".
“The Romanian and Roma community have played a fantastic role in the community and have contributed much to the diversity and richness of the Harehills”
I notice Rotherham Council didn’t comment on the “magnificent contribution” of their white working class population despite their fringe element behaving badly, but Leeds Council does.
The gap between the government and the governed just grows wider and the government seems determined, through its ineptitude, to make it even wider still. Yes, Labour seems to have so little idea how to govern in the days of social media. Attempts to control the narrative are futile and laughable. But where is all of this heading?
Excellent Pete. I now encourage you to write about what you think the reason Starmer is appeasing Muslims and created two tier policing and two tier media reporting? Is it fear of Islam and Muslims kicking off big time? I think it is partly that as well as fear of losing Muslim votes (which eventually will happen anyway when they properly launch a Muslim Political Party to fight a GE) party.
But surely you must consider the WEF and their hold over Starmer (and all senior politicians), Soros, the money men and huge Corporations (e.g. BlackRock) who appear to be the de facto World Government? If only some of this is true, Starmer will not, indeed cannot change direction and start supporting native indigenous Brits, because he is following orders..............
I think the problem goes back the the fact that we have long had a two tier media. This was really rubbed in our faces with the lockdown era reporting of first the BLM riots (Mostly peaceful, justified anger etc.) and the the anti lock down marches - ignored or the numbers hugely under-reported and only pictures of police attacking isolated groups after the event, with the implication this was a few violent protesters that had to be firmly dealt with. #TwoTierBBC anyone?
With the press onside, the police know they are expected to do more to please the politicians than to protect those who's taxes pay for them.
I like your comment about Starmer having power but no authority. Perhaps we should qualify that a little by saying that he has no 'moral' authority to help further distance the meanings of the two terms.
What has struck me over the last few days is the way that the terms 'two-tier policing' and 'two tier Kier' have entered public discourse. Even the MSM has registered and begun asking questions about the former. This would not have happened a year ago.
Evening - I'd concur with a lot of what other contributors have said but there's another element to this which needs to be considered.
Rule by fear Keir banged on about 'service' when elected but we need to get on the page here - Starmer is not here to 'serve' us, he and his acolytes are, to all intents and purposes, the new royalty and their majority (aligned to the feebleness of the actual monarchy) means they can behave like royalty of the medieval 'absolute' variety'.
Their 'religion' comprises of wokery, BLM. LGBTQXYZ, Greta f***ing Thunderbird and climate change, state-worship, mass immigration and the multi-culti dream. Like all religious fanatics (and absolute monarchs tend to be) they like a good 'purge' every now and then. Nazi or Fascist are basically interchangeable words for heretic. Rapid fire trials are the 21st century 'swift beheadings' at the tower.
Crimes against this 'religion' will be treated far more seriously than crimes against mere mortals...perhaps that makes a bit more sense of the two tier policing thing?
When one of their sacred cows fucks up (see a North Staffs in the NHS, a 'trans' rapist going bananas in a female prison or a third world immigrant going all stabby-stabby) attempts are made to cover up and then minimise. Then when the dominos finally fall over critical people are (to all intents and purpsoses) blamed for not having enough faith in the NHS/LGBTQ/multi-culti dream.
Of course this is how fanatics with absolute power tend to behave...
Scary stuff and we've got another 59 months of it. Strap yourselves in....
PS - that radio appearance was near the bone and made this particularly soft touch wince a few times. Probably necessary on balance though...
Pete. Thanks for the updates and your thoughts. You are bang on the target here. I wish I could support you and like minded others more. If you are of the mind to answer questions, do you think this could end Starmer’s reign as PM? If so who would take over and would anything tangible change given who would take over and the huge majority the Labour party has? I also noted your comments on the SDP. Agree (very boring to always agree but it happens) that it needs some policy to set the record straight, pause this influx and then start to decrease foreign influence. I sadly don’t think this will happen as a lot of what we are being stressed by is also the MO of the EU. This seems intractable.

Good interview on TNT, BTW.
