Very thoughtful and balanced piece Pete.

Rupert Lowe agrees with your solution that we need to deport these un-civilised savages now and stop the incessant flow by actually defending our borders.

Lots of IF coming now...

IF the good hard working normal people in this country can get behind Reform UK

and IF we have a leader of Reform with balls enough to do what Rupert Lowe has postulated

and IF we can clean out the Stygian stables of the captured civil service that has hamstrung successive governments (Dominic Cummings would have done if Boris had let him).

Then we've got half a chance!

IF not then God save us all.

The Stygian stables are not part of Greek mythology, but the Augean stables are????

I'm very clear on Reform and Farage which is that IF anyone thinks he is the answer to our problems then you are asking the wrong question.

Thank you for pointing out my misquoting of Greek mythology.

If the assailant is white, victim black, colours are identified and its racist. If its the other way its just “someone was killed” and the story dies. This has been the “bias” “steering of opinion”? Or just plain lie by omission that has eroded any of my belief in the main press/old media.

Patronising that we the public “cant handle the truth”.

Like you say the Truth is they CANNOT admit that their multicultural utopia does not and will not work. However hard it is to do these illegals must be sent back, or there is no law, cant enforce all the tax laws motoring laws but ignore the social law.

Let us face a very simple truth from history that many wars were fought to prevent diversity.

Something radical needs to happen before the top blows off the pressure cooker. We need a complete change of leadership akin to the USA whereby all the woke liberal values are ditched and we return to a form of common sense that we enjoyed in the eighties. I'm not saying the eighties were a great period but the gov at the time were not ideological loons like now and we were a damn sight more free and safe. We should start with mass deportations of illegals without the hand wringing negativity we usually get whenever something like this is suggested.

It is well established that violent crime is linked to low IQ. Check out the average IQ in Rwanda.

I think the obvious targeting of white children, the Muslim terror manual, and the post colonial "literature" found at his address makes it obvious that this was an act of terror. Then there is his talk of white genocide. If this does not suffice to meet the legal criteria, it was obviously a racial attack and yet we hear no mention of hate crime etc.

To use an old phase 'the government treat us like mushrooms - kept in the dark and fed bullshit" but the people should not take this 'bullshit' anymore and need to demand change but if they don't wake up and stop sitting on their hands then nowt will change.

The Levellers followed later by the Chartists achieved the vote for men by persuading politicians of the need for this reform. Likewise if the people want more power over their governments they will have to demand it.

These reforms, to be improved and expanded this year and turned into a book, will turn our politicians into our servants rather than our masters and what is not to like about that?

Yes and no. We will look for scapegoats - people trying to make better lives for themselves - without looking at ourselves. The main culprits are are our political and elite classes who opened the borders and created the dysfunctional state apparatus of performative nonsense. The well meaning liberals in schools, police, social services who could never accept that anyone could be wrong, that all problems were due to society and we just needed to remove our own awful history and culture to creat a perfect world. Quite a lot of us have let this happen, yes, me too, I even voted for the Tories. If we fix our borders and our own culture, we could manage a system of controlled migration, with work and study visas, more effectively. That also means throwing out criminals of course. Any correction that comes, which is inevitable, needs - IMO - to look at the whole picture. Anyway, if you point at ‘the migrants’ the powers that be don’t need to account for their own failures but can double down on any critics with the R word.

And the authorities still won’t comment on whether Rudakubana is a practicing Muslim in Belmarsh. If he wasn’t they’d tell us as we know. Lies by omission as usual.
