I still believe Rupert Lowe is probably the most competent individual in Westminster but he doesn't understand how successful party politics works. He still has some months to 'Restore' his party's fortunes but he still has a huge mountain to climb, I'm afraid I'd say impossible, if he thinks, as I know first hand he does, that he wants to be PM after the next election.
The parties on the Right still have a long way to go to become a workable united body and I'm still of the opinion that a united Left, based on their hatred of the Right, will cobble together a coalition at the next election. This will result in a complete collapse of our country from which a unified Right will be needed to slowly rebuild our country brick by individual brick but at least the Left will have been destroyed.
I wonder will it be possible for even a unified right to come together after the next election and win the time after? We know the left will introduce a form of PR should they win next time. You can bet it’ll be a form of PR that most suits them. I really fear that if we do not unite like the left for the next election then the game is up and we say goodbye to democracy and hello to low grade civil war.
I’ve been even less impressed by Burnham than I thought I’d be and the DT are doing a proper job on him. Badenoch will roast him in PMQs and Farage is a far better communicator when it comes to debates. Also it’s interesting that all three parties on the right are starting to say several shades of the same thing - savings through benefit cuts and civil service and quango cuts to pre covid levels. Maybe the Overton Window is shifting and maybe there could be peace between the Corleone families?
Well for the sake of any future generations of the U.K. the leaders had better set aside their differences as time is running out not only that elections are fixed it is so obvious.At least the public is aware and demanding concrete solutions while they are gas

If Lowe had restrained himself, by accepting previous political norms that 3 word FU sentence would never have been uttered.
It has freed discussion, (despite the governments attacks on free speech).
People like Charlie Downes, the Lotus Eaters and Katy Hopkins have challenged the Staci policing of the Uniparty.
Thank God there are people like the above - and I haven’t forgotten Tommy Robinson, the bravest of all.

My educated guess is that the Left will be so discredited the Right will manage to come together one way or another.
