I’m a bit late to the party but it looks like Allister Heath is not making any friends this week with his attack on Restore Britain. It’s a rare example of Heath being flat wrong. The issue at hand is whether Brits should meekly accept their demographic oblivion and become a minority in their own country.
They've had countless opportunities to correct their messaging to appeal to normies but are far too arrogant to do it. They aren't even offering up policy to stop ILR. The sad part is they are actively damaging the right now and turning people off voting for Reform, Restore, or voting at all. They were a toxic wrecking ball in Makerfield. Agreed on the Reform candidate, but honestly Burnham was a tough ask. Restore had canvassers harassing people in the street, sat there in chairs harassing people at Reform HQ, harassing their bus drivers, the 'Muslims for Reform' van etc. They made the right look toxic. If you can't see that, then it's cognitive dissonance I'm afraid. Notwithstanding they kept Rebecca Shepherd under lock and key because she was even worse than Kenyon. As for Reform 'having serious problems' if Farage were to fall, I seriously doubt it myself. Not to wish for such a thing, but Farage has assembled a strong team in the last year, and one can easily imagine someone like Jenrick or Braverman leading the charge very competently indeed.
