Enough with the calls to arrest everyone for what they're saying.

But if we're seriously going to sling Lucy Connolly in jail for her Tweet, then I can see very few reasons why he's not subject to the same "test".

There is one reason the book should be thrown at him, that's for destroying the English language and crashing sarcasm and irony into the wall with his stage name possibly the worst cringe pun of all time.

If I was Bob Dylan, I'd sue.

He's a good source for Bob Dylan puns..."Bombed On Bombed", "Subterranean Weapons Cache Blues" etc.

Great article Pete and I share your frustration and add my bloody anger at how these scumbag rappers haven’t attracted police attention for incitement against Jews while Lucy Connolly rots in jail for less.

RF sings and has as much musical ability as a broken toaster and should be charged for impersonating a singer.

I happen to live about seven miles from Pilton, not Glastonbury, where the festival is held and three things amaze me.

First the tickets are now £400, second the most expensive accommodation is £30,000 for 10 people and airstream caravans at £6000 for two, and third a helicopter ride form London to the festival., of which there are many, can cost up to £13,000 return.

Those attending don't appear to be short of cash.

Somewhat different from the festival that I attended in 1970!

Did you have a Beatle hair cut!?

Ha, no. The RN wouldn't have allowed that. Beards - yes, Beatle hair cuts - no!

I hadn't heard of Vylan or Kneecap, good piece of writing Pete but on reflection I wish it had stayed that way. They both sound awful.

Interestingly enough the decline of popular music is an interesting allegory for what is happening in wider society. I've always thought music serves as a sort of mirror in that respect and you're right about Glastonbury. It was always a bit 'alternative' but nothing you couldn't handle or at least put up with.

Anyway...to balance out all the wokeness I'd like to see them bring Morrissey back next year. Something about cats, pigeons etc...

In 1970, Glasto was just a music festival with some great singers/groups. I got bored about 1am and turned in, but it was fun. It seems to have changed into some sort of worship fest, promoted by the BBC!

In Ulster, to "kneecap" someone consisted of shooting them near the knee. Very often, the victim could never walk again. It was used as a form of punishment by IRA squads enforcing the IRA's rule over Catholic areas...hence, nearly all the victims were people the IRA was meant to be fighting for.

The sheer ignorance of the Leftist terrorist groupies is impressive. Even they would presumably struggle to approve of kneecapping.

I once heard someone calling out in a weird voice ‘kill everything alive’.

Surreal at the best of times but on Christmas Day - strolling down a country path? A little perturbing.

Anyway, Peter mentioned that the left is a death cult.

I’d go further and say it’s satanic.

I even think that thought might meet approval with some of the left, but eventually it will destroy them.

I wonder how much free Arts Council money Bob Vylan has received? Worth investigating

And then there was Led By Donkeys....they had their own pitch complete with expensively produced murals and merchandise. Their targets either from about 3-5 years ago (Truss, Patel), or the successful (Musk, Trump) even down to those they clearly don't comprehend but somehow they're rattled by them (Peterson). Every time they show up with their expensive stunts one wonders just where do they get their money from? They are merely the half time jesters brought out in the Roman amphitheatres, in between the fights to the death the crowd came to see. Whilst the modern Left revel in dead babies, dead OAPs and dead Jews, Led By Donkeys entertain the cultists.

Saying the IDF are scum is not even in the same realm as saying to a Nation - in front of its Nation - broadcast on a National TV channel that they “wont get their country back”.

Wind back 40 years and that nigger would have had his limbs pulled off and his prostate yanked out with pliers.

These niggers are getting confident.

Pretty much nailed it there. If the sex pistols were reincarnated in their anti establishment glory now they would not be claiming victim status and toeing the line of the rubber stamped accepted narrative. I think they would have complete contempt for Glastonbury. That was the whole point.

Britain destroyed Palestinian Arab society through a policy of mass immigration. A Great Replacement that actually happened. The British elite are now doing the same to their own country. Yet British anti—immigration right wingers such as the author of this article, instead of seeing the parallel, have decided that the only possible position for a British patriot to take is unconditional, unflinching support for the state of Israel, whatever atrocities it commits.

On the British Mandate? I read Tom Segev’s “One Palestine Complete” some years ago. Thanks to the wonders of the Internet, there’s also lots of information available at the touch of a button if you’re discriminating about what you read! I’m not an expert, but I’m definitely more knowledgeable than most people. Disagreement with you does not necessarily imply ignorance!
