Well said. The problem is ultimately domestic. Your previously posted workaround for deportations (namely, primary Parliamentary legislation disapplying the ECHR & HRA 1998 in all matters relating to immigration) seems more sensible with every passing day.
You have been very consistent and i believe you are right that the issue is not so much the existence of the ECHR, now at least finally updated a little, but our own parliament's failure to legislate to ensure the Home Office, judges and courts adhere to new tougher laws on dealing with mass migration both legal and illegal.
