"Regardless of what Danny Kruger comes up with in terms of intellectual substance for the party, it will be overruled by Farage for expediency."

Like every one else that tried, in the past, to come up with intellectual substance, he will be thrown out.

It really is all over. There is no way out of this. 52% of voters vote on feelz. Another 20% just vote labour - cos we have always voted labour.

When the Islamists take over feminism will be gone, no matter what the feminists feel or demand.

Oh yes. There will be violence. Look to the other side of the Med to see what happens when one population are displaced by another.

The reality is rather depressing in that the Right in our politics and its supporters, who I contend are the silent majority, are at sixes and sevens with the charlatan Farage looking more like Ed Davey by the day!!

Blimey.

If we had a GE next week, and assuming all parties were standing with everything in place legally and functionally, who would you vote for Pete?

I read around quite a bit and I get the feeling Reform are shedding support as Restore offerings appeal more. You're dismissive of Restore, and I am always open to listening to your misgivings, but where does the sensible right wing voter now place his X?

The future looks gloomy. The Green lunatics grow, and people vow they'll never again vote for the Labour or Conservative Parties. Reform has become Conservative-Lite, Advance will be in the shadow of Restore and

now Restore is 'slop'.

Will there ever be a right wing revival to save the UK from sinking even deeper into the foul mire of an Islamic future?

Kemi Badenoch is becoming more and more credible. Tories seem to have accepted that net zero targets are nonsense, that alone makes them more palatable than the last 20 years of government.

The aim of Pete - and it should be the aim of Restore - is to keep the pressure on Reform, as a critical friend, to grow and develop its principles and policies. At the same time, Reform is trying to win an election, rather than pander to the activists and purists. Getting 10% of the vote will not get you very far.

Thought provoking. You might be right but probably Reform will win and have to join with the Tories. I like Rupert Lowe but cannot now see the public accepting some of the ideology coming from some supporters. It is a bit disappointing.

Nick Dixon says that women shouldn’t have the right to vote. Probably very sophisticated satire I know (and I do really like him) but how many general populous women would get it? If you want to get elected you have to get women voters, which means accepting abortion. Sorry. And not all women are emotional wrecks, quite frankly a lot of men I know are screaming hysterics. I remain a Vulcan, continue to manage alcohol quite professionally and have never been near a therapist . Get a grip folks, we are just all people, stop segmenting the electorate.

Reform are choking, but only as a result of Restore emerging.

If Restore are regarded as a misogynistic party I struggle to see how my sisters and my partner (who is a very outspoken women’s lib type) can be so supportive of Lowe?

Perhaps it’s women’s fear of crime and the realisation only Lowes party is willing to challenge the threat of lawless migrants in our cities and towns?

For that reason I don’t see Lowe being a negative effect to women voting for Restore.

Far from it, if he doubles down on women and children’s safety it will lead to women voting for him.

Child rape gang prosecutions should take place around the time of the next general election. That alone should increase Restores popularity with women, despite any MSM censorship.

Agree, and yet, the charlatan Farage has the political acumen to avoid a morality culture war. The electorate is easily turned off by this and the MSM will pile on the bad headlines. Yes, he may be an unreconstructed liberal with a less than perfect past, but won’t hate us and may even allow a bit of space for Danny Kruger and others to make their case. Slowly, slowly. Anyway, what choice do we have?

Very interesting analysis, particularly wrt the Tories starting to look good while Reform and Restore spin 30 plates in the air, with 20 of them expected to crash on their heads before the next election.

I'm reminded of Will Durant's lesson of history-- nothing is often a good thing to do, and always a good thing to say. If I'm CCHQ I'm sitting back and letting R&R trip over their own feet.

I actually don't understand the first part of this piece. Who or what are 'Zoomers' and what is their problem with women? You keep using jargon but not all of us talk or think like this.

I am actually sorry to have to agree with you on this. Depressing.

Who is going to be our new Oliver Cromwell? Or Sir Winston Churchill?

I broadly agree with Pete North’s views. You have to have a vision AND a well thought out strategy. You need policy as well as ideology. I’ve said before and say again. There is no political solution for the current situation. There is no political off-ramp for the civil war, which has already started, albeit on an extremely low level. We don’t know what is going on under the surface, for obvious reasons. The left are getting more extreme and insane. Our PM Starmer is weak and cowardly, an absolute disgrace of a British Prime Minister, afraid of a very vocal but organised minority. According to Pete North, we don’t have serious people in Reform or in Restore. Here is a link to another point of view about Pete North’s views of the right. Here is an article which I agree with. . https://jupplandia.substack.com/p/all-quiet-on-the-keyboard-front?r=8swbz&utm_medium=ios
